Information for companies that subscribe to the University's Placement services

Given that the legislation on the protection of personal data is applied exclusively with reference to data relating to individuals, the University guarantees that the processing of personal data is compliant with current legislation and, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and informs you that:
Subjects of the data protection act are:

• Data controller: Free University of Bozen-Bolzano;
• The Data Protection Officer, identified at https://www.unibz.it/en/legal/privacy/, may be contacted through privacy@unibz.it.

Purposes, legal bases and conservation of data provided:

• the data provided are processed exclusively for the registration of the company to the Placement platform and to allow it to have access to the services offered by the University;
• the provision of data marked with * is necessary for the purposes of the registration of the company to the platform, which is why their non-conferment prevents the above registration and access to the services offered by the University;
• in any case, the data are treated as strictly necessary for the fulfillment of this service, pursuant to art. 6, 1st paragraph, lett. b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
• the provision of data not marked with *, however, is optional and, although not instrumental to the registration of the company, allows the University to improve the service offered to its contractors;
• the processing of such data takes place only if you provide your consent, pursuant to art. 6, 1st paragraph, lett. a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, which you may revoke at any time, without affecting the treatment of data already carried out;
• the information you provide is kept until your company intends to use the services offered by the University.

Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data:

• for the provision of the aforementioned services, the following subjects or categories of subjects may have access to the data you have given: the AlmaLaurea Inter-university Consortium, as independent data controller.

Exercise of the rights of the data subject:

• You may exercise the rights granted by the current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access personal data and to correct or delete this data, limit or oppose the processing that concerns you, in addition to the right of data portability, within the limits of the provisions of Articles 15-21 of the 2016/679 Regulations;
• pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulations, if you believe that the treatment that concerns you violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the control authority of the EU Member State in which you usually live, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred;
• to exercise your rights, you may contact the data controller by sending a communication to the email address privacy@unibz.it.

USER AGREEMENT

Recitals
Under Italian law no. 183 of 4 November 2010 ("work connection") and Italian law no. 111 of 15 July 2011 (art. 29), the University makes available on its website the curricula vitae of the students and graduates of the last 12 months.

Art. 1. The University provides the user with the requested data, accessible through the Internet. When providing the data through these methods of consultation, the University does not guarantee the willingness of graduates to accept job offers made by the user.

Art. 2. The University guarantees that the processing of personal data contained in the curriculum vitae stored in the AlmaLaurea database complies with current legislation on the protection of personal data. The data are collected and processed with the specific purpose of finding a job.
Unless otherwise explicitly consented to by the data subject, the processing of personal data contained in the curriculum vitae is allowed only within the countries of the European Union. The user who uses the AlmaLaurea database is responsible for any further act of data transfer to third countries or international organisations if such transfer occurs without the consent of the data subject or the conditions of legitimacy pursuant to art. 45-49 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
In proceeding with the processing of personal data contained in the curricula vitae, the user also agrees to comply with current legislation on the protection of personal data and, in particular, agrees to use the AlmaLaurea database exclusively for the purposes of personnel selection and job searches.
The user cannot allow third parties to access the AlmaLaurea database or disclose or otherwise disseminate the data and information contained in the AlmaLaurea database to third parties.
